Writer F. B. Meyer was part of the High Life Movement and often was preaching in the Keswick Agreement. He was known as a participant in the public campaigns against immorality. He preached against intoxication and prostitution. People used to say that he caused the closure of hundreds of brothels. As a Baptist pastor and evangelist in England, he was the author of numerous religious books and articles, many of which are still being published.
